the rose guest house provides clean rooms at an affordable price. there are 20 rooms and up to 36 people can stay overnight. all rooms have fans and several showers with hot and cold water are spread over the floors. the guest house has its own water storage system for the comfort of our guests.

our room rates run from 80 baht to 180 baht a person, depending upon the room. weekly and monthly rates are available. personal lockers for guests are available on the mezzanine floor.

there is a wonderful rooftop terrace on the top of the guest house. always windy with a great view over the downtown and night bazaar areas of chiang mai, the terrace is especially appealing during festivals and celebrations when you might see fireworks or the famous "kom loys" (hot air balloons) of north thailand. during the cool season from november until march there is a bar set-up with videos and music.
